For public links, EurekaGPT is a hosting service

Public links (Terms 6.9) make us a hosting service, so Articles 11 to 18 apply: points of contact, our Terms, a way to report any public page, a statement of reasons when we take one down, and informing the authorities of threats to life or safety (Terms 23). As a micro-enterprise, we are exempt from the online-platform duties (Article 19) and the transparency reports (Article 15(2)).
