- AESIA was set up by Real Decreto 729/2023. Under the bill, AESIA would supervise Article 50 and be the single point of contact; DG de Inteligencia Artificial (SEDIA) would notify conformity bodies. AEPD would handle some prohibited practices and biometrics.
