- Will I be charged when the trial ends?
- No. The trial needs no card, so there is nothing to charge. Chatting pauses until you choose a plan, and you can still read, export or delete your chats and files.
- Do I have to decide early?
- No. The offer applies up to 7 days after the trial ends. Subscribing during the trial ends it that day and starts your plan.
- Is the 25% a lower price?
- The price stays the same. Your usage limits are 25% higher, on any plan, for your first 12 paid months.
- How do I get an invitation?
- Write to us with who you are and what you would use it for. A person replies.

How your limits refill
How much a message uses depends on the model, the length of the chat, files, reasoning and tools, so we do not promise a number of messages. The app shows what is left and when it comes back.

Extra Usage
Keep working after your plan’s limits, with credits you buy. It is off by default and needs an active paid plan. Your included usage is always used first.
- You set a monthly cap on new credits: €10, €25, €50 or €100 (pack prices before VAT), with alerts at 75%, 90% and 100%. At the cap, new purchases and auto-reloads stop until the next month.
- Auto-reload is optional and off by default. Buying a pack does not switch on Extra Usage.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Plans and billing, in plain words
Is there a free plan?
No. An invitation gives your account 14 days of Pro. After that, you continue on Personal, Pro or Power.
What happens if I change plan?
A downgrade starts at your next renewal. An upgrade adds only the difference for the rest of the current period, never a second full allowance. If you have the invitation benefit, it moves to the new plan for the months left.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices include VAT. Under each one you see the price before VAT. Checkout shows the exact total before you pay.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, included usage and Extra Usage stop, and subscribing again later does not bring back an invitation benefit that has ended.
Can I buy Extra Usage without a subscription?
No. Extra Usage needs an active paid plan. Buying a pack does not switch it on, and your included usage is always used first.
Can I subscribe now?
Yes, once you have an account. Sign-up is by invitation: request an invitation, start your trial and choose a plan in the app. If you already have an account, sign in and open Billing.
