These terms govern the use of this website, eurekagpt.eu, operated by LOGICANCE S.L. (NIF B93934537) — full details in the imprint. The EurekaGPT application at app.eurekagpt.eu is governed by its own Terms of Service, which take precedence there. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy notice; what is stored in your browser, in the cookies notice.
What this site is
- The content here is informational rather than the service contract. Published plans and prices describe the current offer; access, billing availability and individual features remain subject to the application’s Terms of Service.
- Descriptions of how the system behaves are accurate as at the date below and are made in good faith. Where a mechanism changes, this site is updated. Where a fact is not yet settled — and at least one is — we say so on the page rather than rounding it off.
- The site is provided as it is, without any warranty as to availability. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Intellectual property
- The EurekaGPT name, the mark, the text and the design of this site are the property of LOGICANCE S.L. unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
- The webfonts bundled with this site (Sora, JetBrains Mono) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; their licences travel with the files at /assets/fonts/LICENSES.txt.
- Names of AI models and companies mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe, accurately, what the service routes to.
AI-generated content
The application generates text using AI models. Generated text is disclosed as AI-generated in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. It can be incomplete, out of date or confidently wrong. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and you remain responsible for checking anything you act on.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to gain unauthorised access to it, or to use it to distribute unlawful material. Automated collection at a rate that degrades the service for others is not permitted.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain — except where consumer protection law gives you the courts of your own domicile, in which case those apply.
