Version 1.0 · 1 October 2026 · In force from its publication at eurekagpt.eu/terms/service/ · Applies to the EurekaGPT application at app.eurekagpt.eu
This box summarises the Terms. The full text below is what counts.
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and LOGICANCE S.L. ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Spain, NIF B93934537, EU VAT ESB93934537, registered with the Registro Mercantil de Valencia, with registered office at Calle Jesús 81, Esc. A, 2º, Pta. 6, 46007 Valencia, Spain. Contact: info@eurekagpt.eu (product and support) and info@logicance.com (legal, privacy and data-rights requests).
1.2 They govern your access to and use of the EurekaGPT application at app.eurekagpt.eu, including its web interface, its programmatic interface where we make one available to you, and every feature offered through them (the "Service").
1.3 The marketing website at eurekagpt.eu has its own terms of use. The Privacy notice explains how we process personal data; it is referenced here, not incorporated, and it does not change these Terms. The Acceptable Use Policy in Annex A is part of these Terms.
1.4 You accept these Terms when you tick the acceptance box when creating your account, or, if you already had an account when a version was published, when you confirm the new version in the application after the notice described in section 24. We record the version you accepted and when.
1.5 If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that organisation as well as the individual using the account. Section 20 sets out the additional terms that apply to business users.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3.2 To use the Service you need an Account. You must give accurate information, keep it current, and confirm your email address before the first chat. One person, one Account: you may not create or use more than one Account, share your Account with anyone else, or transfer it. If you suspect that someone else has used your Account, change your password and tell us at once.
3.3 You are responsible for what is done through your Account. Keep your password confidential. We store passwords only as modern one-way hashes and can never see them.
3.4 Creating an Account currently requires an invitation: an invitation code or an invitation to a team. We may decline to open an Account or may close new registrations without giving reasons.
4.1 The Service is a general-purpose AI assistant. You write, the Model you chose answers, and the answer shows which Provider served it, from where, and under what retention state. Around the chat, the Service offers projects, saved prompts, personal instructions, a Library of your documents organised in collections, file attachments, an EU web search tool, an isolated code-execution sandbox, and document export.
4.2 Curated catalogue, origin stated honestly. We offer a catalogue of Models that we manage, not the raw list of any Provider. For every Model family the catalogue states two separate facts: who made the Model and its country of origin, and who serves it to us. A Model may be made outside the EU (for example in the United States or China) and still be served by an EU-established Provider inside the EEA; the catalogue says so rather than blurring the two. A Model whose origin we cannot state is not offered. Where a Model's weights are run by a European host that is not its maker, as with the open-weight Models in the catalogue, the weights are the only thing that comes from the maker; the maker has no access to your Content.
4.3 The catalogue changes over time as Models are released, retired by their makers, or lose or gain a zero-retention route. Removing or replacing a Model is a normal part of running the Service and is not by itself a modification of the Service under section 16, provided a Model of comparable class remains available to your Plan.
4.4 Some features and Models are limited or unavailable in Ephemeral chats or on certain Plans, as shown in the application and on the pricing page. Feature availability by Plan is part of the description of the Service.
This section states what we promise about how we process your Content. Each promise is scoped precisely on purpose: a claim we cannot evidence is one we do not make.
5.1 EU routing on every call. We send every Model call through the Gateway with two settings fixed on our side: the Provider serving the call must be established in the EU, and zero data retention must be requested for the call. Neither setting can be switched off by you, by us in the interface, or by choosing a different Model. If a call cannot be served on those conditions, it fails rather than being served on others.
5.2 Provider retention. Under our data-processing agreement with the Gateway, and the Gateway's agreements with each Provider, the Provider serving a call may not store your prompt or the answer after the call and may not use either to train anything. This is a contractual obligation we have taken from them on your behalf, and we enforce it by requesting it on every call. It is not something we operate ourselves, and section 19 describes our responsibility if a Provider breaches it.
5.3 Storage in the EU. We store your Content, Account Data and Operational Records on infrastructure located in the European Union (currently Hetzner, Germany) so that you can return to your conversations. Backups of that storage are kept in the EU too. A saved conversation is deleted automatically once it has gone without a new message for the period you choose in the application — 7, 30 or 90 days, or 1 year; 90 days unless you choose otherwise — and you may give any conversation its own period. We do not keep a saved conversation for longer than 1 year after its last message; if you need it for longer, export it. When a conversation is deleted, by you or automatically, we keep a record that it was deleted and when, containing none of its Content, for up to three years, so that we can answer for how we processed your data.
5.4 Ephemeral chats. An Ephemeral chat is never stored — no messages, no title, no files. While an Ephemeral chat is open, your browser holds the conversation and sends it back with each message; nothing is kept on our servers between requests. Images attached to an Ephemeral chat are sent with your message and never written to storage. Documents cannot be attached to an Ephemeral chat, because attaching one would store it.
5.5 Provenance on every answer. Every answer carries the Provider that served it, the region it was processed in and the retention state it was served under, as reported to us by the Gateway for that call. We show what was reported; we do not rewrite history.
5.6 The one deliberate exception: external web search. The Service includes an EU web search tool by default. Separately, you may switch on external web grounding for a conversation. If you do, after confirming the notice shown to you, the search query for the turns that use it is sent to Google (United States) under Google's own terms, and every answer produced that way is visibly marked as having left the EU. That feature is off by default, cannot be used in Ephemeral chats, and answers marked that way are outside the commitments in 5.1 and 5.2.
5.7 No training, ever. We do not use your Content to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model, ours or anyone else's, and we do not sell or share it for anyone's marketing.
5.8 What these commitments do not cover. They are about your Content. They do not prevent us from keeping Account Data and Operational Records, which contain no Content. Every turn, Ephemeral included, adds its cost to a content-free daily total that enforces spending limits and is purged within days. Nor do they prevent us from retaining specific Content where the law obliges us to, where we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used in breach of Annex A, in which case we keep only what is necessary and only for as long as necessary.
5.9 Where to check. The Privacy notice names every processor in the chain and its location. The Trust page explains the mechanisms. A data-processing agreement is available to Business Users on request.
6.1 Yours. You keep all rights you hold in your Input. As between you and us, you own the Output generated for you, and to the extent we hold any right in it we assign that right to you on creation. We claim nothing in your Content.
6.2 The licence we need. So that we can provide the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, process and display your Content, and to pass it to the Gateway and the Provider you selected for a call, solely to operate the Service for you and as described in these Terms. The licence ends when you delete the Content, when it is deleted automatically under 5.3, or when you close your Account, except for the retention described in 5.8.
6.3 Your responsibility for Input. You are responsible for your Input and for having the right to use it. Do not upload material you have no right to process, including other people's personal data, unless you are entitled to do so. If you put personal data about third parties into the Service in a business context, section 20 and the data-processing agreement apply.
6.4 Output is not unique. Models generate similar or identical output for similar input. Output generated for another user is theirs, not yours, and we cannot guarantee that your Output is unique or free of third-party rights.
6.5 Search results and third-party content. Answers that use web search may quote, summarise or link to material from third-party sites. That material belongs to its authors and is subject to their terms. We do not control or endorse it.
6.6 Files and the Library. Files you upload are parsed on our own servers. Pages that are scanned images, and so contain no text we can extract, are read by a Model through the Gateway under the same conditions as any other Model call (5.1 and 5.2). For Library collections, the text is embedded through the Gateway with an EU model into a vector store we run. Files are used only to answer you. Storage allowances per Plan are stated on the pricing page.
6.7 Code execution. Where the Service runs code on your behalf, it does so in an isolated sandbox with no network access. You are responsible for the code you ask to run and for the results.
6.8 Feedback. If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without obligation to you. Feedback never includes your Content unless you choose to include it.
7.1 It can be wrong. Output is produced by a statistical model. It can be incomplete, out of date, biased, or confidently wrong, and it can present invented facts, citations, links or files as real. The Service is not an authoritative source of information. Always verify Output before relying on it, and never treat it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional on legal, medical, financial, tax, safety or similar matters.
7.2 Human judgement stays with you. You decide what to do with Output. We are not a party to decisions you take on the basis of it.
7.3 Disclosure. In line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), the Service tells you that you are interacting with an AI system, marks generated content as AI-generated in the interface and in exports, and will mark it in machine-readable form where the Regulation requires. If you pass Output to other people, you are responsible for any disclosure the law requires of you as its deployer, and you must not present Output as human-authored where that would mislead.
7.4 What the Service cannot do. The Model cannot host files, send emails, browse beyond the tools the Service exposes, or produce a working download link on its own. Files are created only by the Service's own export controls, which you operate in the interface. The Service is built to refuse any other promise of a file or a link; if you see one, it is wrong.
8.1 You may use the Service only lawfully, for its intended purpose, and in accordance with Annex A. Annex A lists prohibited uses, including the practices prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act, and the technical restrictions on abuse, automation and circumvention.
8.2 We do not read your Content to police it. We act on reports (section 23), on legal obligations, and on technical signals that do not require reading Content, such as request rates and payload sizes. Where we must review specific Content to investigate a reported breach, access is limited to what the investigation requires and is logged.
9.1 The Service is meant for interactive use by the person holding the Account. Included Usage is sized for what a person can do through the interface in ordinary use.
9.2 Your Plan carries limits on Included Usage, shown in the application as percentages with exact reset times: a five-hour session limit and a weekly limit at all times, and an Advanced-model limit and a billing-period limit when they are close to being reached. Your Plan also carries limits on projects, storage, file sizes, concurrent generations and specific tools ("Technical Limits"). The current Technical Limits are those shown in the application and on the pricing page at the time of use. Unused capacity does not carry forward.
9.3 When a limit is reached, the application shows the reset time. You may wait for the reset, use a Model in a class that still has capacity, use the free limit reset described below, or, if you are a paid subscriber, explicitly choose Extra Usage under section 12. Nothing is charged and no Credits are consumed without that explicit choice. Once in each billing period you may reset your session, weekly and Advanced-model limits free of charge. A reset does not increase the billing-period limit, does not carry over to the next period, and cannot be used once the billing-period limit is reached.
9.4 We may apply further protective limits, such as per-request size caps, spend safety ceilings and rate limits, to keep the Service safe and available for everyone. We may reduce or suspend the capacity of an Account that is used contrary to 9.1 or Annex A, and we tell you when we do.
10.1 Plans. The Service is offered on monthly Plans described on the pricing page at eurekagpt.eu/pricing/. There is no permanent free tier. Plans differ in capacity, in allowances and in the Models they include, as listed on the pricing page. They do not differ in privacy: EU routing, zero provider retention, provenance and Ephemeral mode are the same on every Plan.
10.2 Prices and VAT. Prices shown to Consumers include the value-added tax that applies to the purchase. If you buy as a business and provide a valid EU VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply. The amount you pay, and the tax it contains, are shown at checkout before you confirm and on the invoice.
10.3 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method for the Plan at the start of each billing period. You receive an invoice by email for each payment, and you can retrieve invoices and manage your payment method from the billing area of the application.
10.4 Renewal. A Plan renews automatically each month until cancelled. Included Usage for a period is granted only after the period's payment is confirmed. Cancellation under section 14 stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period already paid.
10.5 Plan changes. An upgrade takes effect on confirmed payment of the prorated difference and grants only the additional capacity for the remainder of the period, never a second full allowance. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
10.6 Price changes. If we raise the price of your Plan we give you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the first renewal after the notice period. You may cancel before then at no cost; if you do nothing, the new price applies.
10.7 Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails we tell you and retry for a limited period. While a period is unpaid, the Service may be restricted to reading your existing conversations, and Included Usage and Extra Usage are unavailable. If payment is not completed, the Plan ends and section 14 applies.
11.1 The Trial. An Account created on a valid invitation, whether an invitation code or an invitation to a team, receives one Trial once its email address is verified. The Trial lasts 14 days and gives the Models, features and Included Usage of the Pro Plan, within the limits shown in the application. It needs no card and never converts into a paid Plan by itself. We remind you by email before it ends. When the Trial ends you can no longer send messages, upload files or create projects until you start a paid Plan; you can still read, export and delete your content. Each email address may have one Trial: to enforce this we keep a keyed hash of the address, not the address itself, for 24 months. A Trial is not a paid Plan and grants no Extra Usage. An Account that is given a Plan free of charge, by us or through a team, does not receive a Trial.
11.2 The Invitation Benefit. If your Account received a Trial and you start a paid Plan during the Trial or within 7 days after it ends, your Included Usage is 25% higher than the Plan's standard limits for your first 12 consecutive paid billing periods. The benefit changes capacity, not price. It follows you across Plan changes for the periods remaining, cannot be transferred, stacked, applied to Extra Usage or exchanged for money, does not roll over, and ends if your Plan is cancelled or lapses; resubscribing does not restore unused periods. Refunded, disputed or zero-value periods do not count as paid periods.
11.3 Invitation codes are personal, may have an expiry and a maximum number of uses, and may be revoked. A general access code that was not issued to you personally carries no Trial and no Invitation Benefit.
12.1 What it is. Extra Usage is an optional way for an active paid subscriber to keep working after an Included Usage limit is reached, by consuming prepaid Credits. It is a separate product from your Plan and is off by default.
12.2 Explicit, every time. Included Usage is always consumed first. Credits are never consumed automatically or without your confirmation: to use them you must enable Extra Usage in the billing area, confirm the boundary when a limit is reached, and, where the application asks, confirm the action. Before a cost-bearing action under Extra Usage, the application shows the applicable Credit rate or a conservative estimate.
12.3 Buying Credits. Credits are sold in packs at the prices on the pricing page, including VAT for Consumers, through Stripe checkout. Credits are granted only once payment is confirmed. Buying a pack does not by itself enable Extra Usage.
12.4 Your spending cap. When you enable Extra Usage you choose a monthly cap on new purchases (€10, €25, €50 or €100 at launch). We alert you at 75%, 90% and 100% of it. At the cap, new pack purchases and auto-reloads stop for the rest of the calendar month (UTC); already-purchased, unexpired Credits remain usable subject to 12.2. Auto-reload is a separate opt-in, off by default, and buys your chosen pack only when your balance crosses the threshold you set and the cap allows.
12.5 Nature of Credits. Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the Service. They are not money, not a deposit and not a stored-value account; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another Account, and cannot be redeemed for money except as stated in 12.6 and 13. Credits can be used only while your Plan is active; an inactive Plan freezes their use.
12.6 Expiry and refund of unused Credits. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. We remind you by email 30 days before a balance expires. If we end your Account without cause under 17.3, discontinue the Service, or withdraw the Extra Usage product, we refund the purchase price of your unused, unexpired Credits. If a Credit purchase is refunded or charged back, the unused part of that grant is reversed; any part already consumed becomes a debt on the Account and blocks further paid use until settled.
13.1 If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid Plan or a Credit purchase within 14 days of the day you subscribed or bought, without giving any reason. You do not lose this right by starting to use the Service during those 14 days.
13.2 To withdraw, use the withdrawal function in the billing area of the application, write to info@eurekagpt.eu from the email address on your Account, or use the model form in Annex B. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.
13.3 If you withdraw, we refund everything you paid for that Plan period or Credit purchase, without deduction, within 14 days of receiving your notice, by the payment method you used. If you consumed Credits during the withdrawal period, we may deduct the value of the Credits actually consumed at the rate you paid, as the law allows; Plan usage during the period is not deducted.
13.4 The right of withdrawal applies to each new subscription and each Credit purchase, not to automatic renewals of a Plan you already hold. You can cancel a renewal at any time under section 14.
14.1 Cancelling a Plan. You can cancel from the billing area of the application at any time, in the same way you subscribed, or by writing to info@eurekagpt.eu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep paid access until then. After that, Included Usage and Extra Usage are unavailable, Credits are frozen, and your conversations remain readable so that you can export or delete them.
14.2 Closing your Account. You can close your Account from your account settings, or by writing to info@eurekagpt.eu from the Account's email address. If a Plan is still running, cancel it first. You can then close the Account straight away; the rest of the paid period is not refunded, except where section 13 applies. Closing the Account ends these Terms. We confirm the closure by email.
14.3 What happens to your data. Deleting a conversation, file, project or collection — or a conversation being deleted automatically under 5.3 — removes it from the live Service immediately and from backups within the backup rotation period. Closing your Account removes the Workspace and everything in it the same way, and removes your Account Data, except what we must keep under 5.8, the keyed hash described in 11.1, and what we need to meet invoicing and tax obligations, which is kept only for the statutory period. Before you close the Account you can export any conversation from the application, and you can ask us for a copy of your Account Data in a machine-readable form.
15.1 We may give selected Accounts access to the Service, or capacity equivalent to a paid Plan, without payment ("Complimentary Access"), for example to early testers, to partners or to members of our own team. Complimentary Access is a gift, not a subscription: it carries no Extra Usage, no Invitation Benefit and no service-level commitment, and we may change or withdraw it at any time with at least 7 days' notice by email, or immediately for a breach of Annex A.
15.2 Features marked as beta are provided for evaluation. They may contain errors and may change or be withdrawn without notice. The sovereignty commitments in section 5 apply in full to Complimentary Access and to beta features; nothing in this section reduces the rights that consumer law gives you for anything you pay for.
15.3 We may ask you for feedback about the Service; section 6.8 applies.
16.1 We provide the Service with professional diligence and reasonable skill and care, but not with a guaranteed level of availability. All online services suffer occasional disruptions, and the Service depends on the Gateway and the Providers, whose interruptions we cannot prevent. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and we try to do so at times and with notice that minimise the effect on you.
16.2 We keep the Service updated, including with security updates, for as long as your Plan runs. We may add, change or remove features and Models at any time.
16.3 If a change to the Service goes beyond what is needed to keep it conforming and secure and negatively affects your access or use in more than a minor way, we tell you clearly by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may end your Plan free of charge within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later, with a pro-rata refund of the period already paid. This does not apply where we keep an unchanged, conforming version of the Service available to you at no extra cost.
16.4 We do not promise to offer the Service forever. If we discontinue it we give at least 60 days' notice, keep your conversations exportable during that time, and refund pro-rata any period paid and unused Credits.
17.1 We may suspend or restrict your Account, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that: (a) it is being used in breach of Annex A or section 9; (b) its use creates a security, legal or operational risk for the Service, other users or a third party; (c) it has an unpaid balance or an unresolved Credit debt; or (d) the law or a competent authority requires it.
17.2 Wherever possible we tell you before we act, explain the reason, and give you the chance to put things right. Where prior notice is not possible, we tell you as soon as we can. You can contest a suspension by writing to info@eurekagpt.eu; we answer within 10 working days.
17.3 We may end these Terms and close your Account: (a) with at least 30 days' notice by email, with a pro-rata refund of any paid period and of unused Credits; or (b) immediately, on written notice, for a serious or repeated breach of Annex A, for fraud, or where a suspension under 17.1 has not been resolved within 30 days.
17.4 On termination, section 14.3 applies to your data, and any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive (including sections 5.8, 6, 7, 19, 20, 25 and 26) survives.
18.1 We warrant that the Service conforms to its description in these Terms, the application and the pricing page, and that we hold the rights needed to provide it.
18.2 If you are a Consumer in the EU, you have statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital services that these Terms do not limit, including the rights to have a lack of conformity remedied, to a proportionate price reduction, and to terminate the contract, under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as transposed in your country. Annex C summarises the position for Spain. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that the law does not allow us to limit.
18.3 Except as stated in this section and as the law requires, we give no other warranty, and in particular we do not warrant that Output will be accurate, complete, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose (section 7), or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free (section 16).
19.1 What we are liable for. We are liable to you, without limit, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for breach of the rights consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded, and for any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
19.2 Consumers. Subject to 19.1, if we fail to perform these Terms with professional diligence, we are liable for the loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both of us knew it might happen. We are not liable for loss that is not caused by our breach, for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including the failure of a Gateway or Provider to perform its own obligations to us, provided we have exercised professional diligence in selecting, contracting with and monitoring them and we take reasonable steps to remedy the consequences for you.
19.3 Provider breaches. If a Provider or the Gateway retains or uses your Content in breach of the obligations described in 5.2, we treat it as a breach of contract by them, enforce the rights we hold against them, tell you what happened as soon as we know, and, on request, assign to you or exercise on your behalf the claims we hold against them in respect of your Content, to the extent the law and our agreements allow.
19.4 Use of Output. We are not liable for decisions you take or actions you carry out on the basis of Output (section 7), or for the consequences of code you ask the Service to run (section 6.7), except where the loss results from our breach of these Terms.
19.5 Business Users. Section 20.4 replaces 19.2 for Business Users.
If you are a Business User, the following also applies.
20.1 Consumer provisions. Sections 13, 16.3, 18.2, 19.2 and Annex C, and any other provision that exists because consumer law requires it, do not apply to you, except where the law of your country extends them to you.
20.2 Data protection roles. For personal data contained in your Content you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data-processing agreement, available on request from info@logicance.com, forms part of these Terms for you and names every sub-processor with its location and safeguards. For Account Data and Operational Records we are the controller.
20.3 Your obligations. You are responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms, for the lawfulness of the personal data you process through the Service, and for meeting any obligation the EU AI Act places on you as a deployer of an AI system in your own activities.
20.4 Liability. Subject to 19.1, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. We are not liable to you for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss.
20.5 Indemnity. You indemnify us against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs of dealing with them, arising from your Content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law.
20.6 Teams. Team workspaces are offered by arrangement with us. In a team workspace, the conversations, projects, prompts and Library collections you choose to share are visible to the members of that team; your other conversations are not visible to the team's owner or administrators, and Ephemeral chats are never shared. Paid multi-seat plans and annual billing are not yet offered. When they are, they will be governed by additional terms presented to the organisation before it subscribes.
21.1 We process personal data as described in the Privacy notice at eurekagpt.eu/privacy/. For Consumers we act as controller of all personal data processed through the Service; for Business Users, section 20.2 applies.
21.2 The Privacy notice names our processors (currently Hetzner for hosting and the database in Germany; Cortecs GmbH, Vienna, as the Gateway and, through it, the Provider serving each Model; European Search Perspective SAS, Paris, which operates Staan, for EU web search; Stripe for payments; and a European email provider) and states where each is located.
21.3 You can exercise your data-protection rights by writing to info@logicance.com, and you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
22.1 You can export any conversation from the application at any time in a standard document format, and on request we provide your Account Data and a copy of your stored Content in a commonly used, machine-readable format, free of charge, within 30 days.
22.2 We do not impose any contractual, technical or financial obstacle to your moving to another service. Closing your Account is free. We do not promise that another service can import your export in a particular way.
23.1 If you believe that Output or a feature of the Service is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or breaches Annex A, or if you have found a security or privacy problem, write to info@logicance.com with enough detail for us to reproduce or locate it. We acknowledge reports and tell you what we did, unless the law prevents it.
23.2 We do not disseminate Content to the public: your conversations and files are visible only to you, or, where you share them in a team workspace, to the members of that team. We are therefore not an intermediary service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, but we apply the same standards of clarity and fairness to any restriction we impose.
24.1 We may change these Terms for a valid reason: a change in the law or in a regulator's guidance, a change in the Service, its Models, Plans or Providers, a security or abuse concern, or to correct an error or make the text clearer.
24.2 For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations we give you at least 30 days' notice by email and in the application before they take effect, and we ask you to confirm the new version when you next sign in after that date. You may end your Plan and close your Account before the change takes effect, at no cost and with a pro-rata refund of the period already paid. Changes that only benefit you, are purely editorial, or are required by law with immediate effect may take effect on publication.
24.3 Every version is dated and numbered, and previous versions remain available at the publication address for at least three years.
25.1 These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a Consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, you also benefit from any mandatory protection of the law of that country.
25.2 If you are a Consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, and we may bring a claim against you only there. If you are a Business User, the courts of Valencia, Spain, have exclusive jurisdiction.
25.3 Talk to us first. Write to info@eurekagpt.eu; most problems are solved there. If we have not resolved your complaint within one month, we will tell you in writing whether we will take part in alternative dispute resolution and name at least one competent entity.
25.4 Alternative dispute resolution. We are not currently adhered to an accredited consumer alternative-dispute-resolution entity. Consumers in Spain may contact the consumer authority of their Autonomous Community or the competent Junta Arbitral de Consumo; Consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer centre (ECC-Net) for help with a cross-border complaint. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform no longer operates.
26.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, including Annex A and, for Business Users, the data-processing agreement, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. They do not affect your statutory rights.
26.2 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force and the invalid part is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.
26.3 Assignment. You may not transfer your Account or these Terms. We may transfer them to a successor of our business that assumes our obligations, without reducing your rights, and we tell you if we do.
26.4 Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party networks or infrastructure we do not operate, except for payment obligations already due.
26.5 No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
26.6 Language. These Terms are concluded in English. Where we publish a translation, the English text prevails except where the law of a Consumer's country requires otherwise.
26.7 Contract record. We keep a record of the version you accepted and the date; you can request a copy at any time.

To: LOGICANCE S.L., Calle Jesús 81, Esc. A, 2º, Pta. 6, 46007 Valencia, Spain — info@eurekagpt.eu
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service:
If you are a Consumer, the Service must conform to the contract for as long as it is supplied under your Plan (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, Articles 115 and following, as amended by Real Decreto-ley 7/2021 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/770). We must supply the updates, including security updates, necessary to keep the Service in conformity during that time. If the Service does not conform, you may require it to be brought into conformity, or, where that is impossible, disproportionate or has failed, obtain a proportionate reduction of the price or terminate the contract, with any refund due paid within 14 days. If we modify the Service in a way that negatively affects your access or use beyond a minor degree, we must inform you clearly in advance and you may terminate free of charge within 30 days, as set out in section 16.3. These rights are in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal in section 13 and cannot be excluded by these Terms.
