A banner would be dishonest
It would imply there is tracking to decline. There is not. Asking permission for something you are not doing is not caution; it is set dressing that makes a site look like the ones it claims to be different from.
Cookies
This website stores nothing in your browser at all. The application stores one thing, because signing you in requires it. That is the whole list, and this page exists instead of a pop-up.
In short: eurekagpt.eu — the site you are reading — sets no cookies, loads no tracking script, loads nothing from anybody else’s server and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. app.eurekagpt.eu — the application — sets exactly one cookie, which keeps you signed in, plus one local value remembering whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
| What | Where | What it is for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nothingno cookies, no storage | eurekagpt.euthis website | Nothing is set, so there is nothing to consent to. No analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no embedded video, no external fonts. Every file on this page came from this domain. | — |
eurekagpt_sessioncookie |
app.eurekagpt.euthe application | Strictly necessary. It holds one opaque token — a random string that
means nothing outside our own database — so the application knows which signed-in session
you are. It carries HttpOnly (scripts cannot read it),
Secure (it travels only over HTTPS) and
SameSite=Lax (other sites cannot make your browser send
it). It is not an identifier we track you with, and it exists nowhere but between your browser
and our server. |
30 days, renewed while you keep using the application. Signing out deletes it; revoking a session makes the token useless whether the cookie is still there or not. |
eurekagpt-themelocal storage |
app.eurekagpt.euthe application | Not a cookie: a single value in your browser’s own local storage, holding the word
light or dark so the
application opens the way you left it. It is never sent to our server and never leaves your
browser. |
Until you clear your browser’s storage for that site. |
No third party sets anything on either domain. Nothing above is used to profile you, build an audience, or measure you across sites — there is no mechanism here that could.
Since October 2026 we count visits to this site on our own server, to know how many people visit and which pages they read. Once a day it adds up its request log into totals. Nothing is stored in or read from your browser, so the list above is unchanged and there is still nothing to consent to. The privacy notice says what is counted and how long the log is kept.
The reasoning
Consent banners exist because of the ePrivacy Directive, which requires consent before storing anything on your device — with an exception for storage that is strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for. A cookie whose only job is to keep you signed in is that exception, and so is a preference you set yourself. So there is nothing here to ask you about.
It would imply there is tracking to decline. There is not. Asking permission for something you are not doing is not caution; it is set dressing that makes a site look like the ones it claims to be different from.
A dialogue that consents to nothing teaches people to click through dialogues without reading them. That is the habit the whole regime was meant to prevent, and every unnecessary banner makes the necessary ones a little easier to ignore.
A banner is a claim. This page is a list you can verify in your browser in about fifteen seconds — and if it is ever wrong, that is a bug worth telling us about.
Verify it yourself
Open your browser’s developer tools on this page and look under Application (or Storage) at Cookies, Local storage and Session storage. All three are empty for eurekagpt.eu. On app.eurekagpt.eu, signed in, you will find the two entries listed above and nothing else.
The Network tab shows every request the page makes. Each one is to eurekagpt.eu: the HTML, one stylesheet, one small script, the fonts and the images. There is no request to any other host, which is also why nobody else could set anything even if they wanted to.
Every browser lets you clear cookies and site data per site, and refuse them entirely. Blocking the session cookie on the application means you cannot stay signed in — that is what it is for — but nothing else here depends on it.
If your compliance team needs this in a form they can file, write to info@logicance.com. The privacy notice covers the personal data behind the session, and Trust and data covers everything else in the chain.
Nothing on this page is a permanent promise about the future; it is an accurate description of today, and we would rather write down now what we would owe you later. If we ever add anything that stores or reads something on your device without being strictly necessary, such as a measurement script, a cookie-based analytics tool or an embed, then:
If you are reading this and there is no banner, it is because none of that has happened.
