How we keep this page current

  1. We follow the official sources: EUR-Lex, the Official Journal, the European Commission, the EDPB and national official gazettes.

  2. A program on our server checks every item against them each morning.

  3. Dates and official documents update by themselves. When a change affects an explanation, we mark it “Under review” at once.

  4. A European AI model drafts the new explanation, two other AI models check it, and we review it before it goes live.

Each item shows the date it was last checked. If a source cannot be reached, that date stays old and says so.
