- AI authority
- Law 1377/2025 makes Traficom the market surveillance authority for Article 50 and the single point of contact (§ 6). The Tietosuojavaltuutettu supervises prohibited practices (§ 4), and sector authorities supervise high-risk systems. Työ- ja elinkeinoministeriö, Traficom, Fimea and sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö notify (§ 8).
