- Het AI Office of Ireland (Oifig IS na hÉireann) is het centrale contactpunt (artikel 42). Het markttoezicht is verdeeld over sectorale toezichthouders, waaronder de Central Bank of Ireland, de Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, de Data Protection Commission, de Health and Safety Authority en de National Transport Authority.

Op 21 juli 2026 ondertekend en daarmee wet geworden. Sinds 31 juli 2026 van kracht (S.I. No. 403 of 2026), behalve twee onderdelen van artikel 78 over Coimisiún na Meán en de Data Protection Commission. Het AI Office is op 31 juli 2026 opgericht (S.I. No. 404 of 2026).

- NIS2 is nog niet omgezet en er is geen wetsvoorstel ingediend. De NIS1-regels (S.I. No. 360 of 2018) gelden nog.
